I'm Yvonne!

for healing my body. It was a transformative journey that opened my eyes to a new perspective on health and wellness.

Experiencing the advantages of Eastern Medicine and its comprehensive approach to maintaining overall health, I was inspired to further my education with Kerala Ayurveda Academy, The Institute of Integrative Nutrition, Food Matters Institute Nutrition Program, and as a Gut Thrive Practitioner. With my training, I support women with a holistic approach toward health so they don't have to suffer the challenges I once did.

As a Registered Nurse, Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, and Gut Thrive Practitioner, my passion is helping women overcome their health challenges and achieve optimal health. I offer personalized consultations and courses to my clients to help them identify the best resources that meet their specific health needs. I specialize in improving nutrition, supporting digestive health, and promoting healthy lifestyle habits.

Being in the nursing profession, I thought I had a good handle on my health. But, during my last pregnancy, I experienced unexpected and overwhelming postpartum depression that affected my whole life. Based on my nursing background, I turned to medications for help, which unfortunately only led to debilitating side effects.

After being told I would need to continue the medications for the rest of my life, I quickly realized it was time for a different approach. I switched gears and started exploring Eastern Medicine to help my body heal.

By taking an Eastern Medicine approach towards healing, with the guidance of my Ayurvedic physician, we began to address my long-standing digestive issues, improve my nutrition, and implement healthy lifestyle habits to support my body's needs. Taking this approach was the catalyst for healing my body. It was a transformative journey that opened my eyes to a new perspective on health and wellness.
